Arunachal: Rajiv Gandhi University Ranks 13th Among Central Universities In IIRF 2025

Itanagar, Jun 16: Rajiv Gandhi University (RGU), the state’s sole Central University, has secured the 13th position among all Central Universities in the India Institutional Ranking Framework (IIRF) 2025 for the second year in a row.

Chief Minister Pema Khandu praised the university’s achievement on Monday via his official X handle. He lauded the Vice Chancellor, faculty, researchers, staff, and students for their dedication, highlighting the university’s strong emphasis on research innovation and quality teaching.

This recognition reinforces RGU’s role in advancing higher education in Arunachal Pradesh and the wider Northeast region.
