Assam: Five People, Including Children, Die In Landslides In Kamrup (Metro) District

Guwahati, May 31: Five people, including children, have died in landslide incidents in Kamrup (Metro) district in the last 24 hours, the Assam State Disaster Management Authority (ASDMA) reported.

A preliminary report issued at 9:00 AM today also stated that urban floods have affected three districts Kamrup, Kamrup (Metro), and Cachar impacting five Revenue Circles. The floods have affected 10,150 people across these areas, according to ASDMA.
