    • Seizure: Authorities recovered three gunny bags containing 616 soap cases of suspected brown sugar, weighing approximately 10.096 kg. Additionally, five packets with 250 pouches of suspected narcotic and psychotropic tablets, weighing about 5.280 kg, were seized from his possession.
  • Imphal West District Interception:
    • Vehicle Intercepted: A white Maruti A-Star car was stopped at Singjamei Chinga Makhong under Singjamei Police Station.
    • Arrest: Md. Azad Yumkhaibam, 32, of Irong Cheisaba, Irong Umang Khunou in Thoubal district, the occupant of the vehicle, was arrested on the spot.
    • Seizure: Inside the car, ten soap cases containing suspected Heroin No. 4, weighing around 105.4 grams, were discovered cleverly concealed.
    • Additional Action: The contraband and the vehicle were promptly seized by the police.
